GigaSpaces Training in Hong Kong from Oct 13-17, 2008

GigaSpaces is proud to announce the successful completion of its first training course for its partners in Asia Pacific.  '

The 3-days Basic and 2-days Advance courses packed in a hectic programme with topics ranging from basic concepts of our Space Based Architecture such as Topologies, Cluster Schema, OpenSpaces Development Framework, Space Operations, Transaction Support, Messaging, Mirror Services, to more advanced topics such as Filters, Web Application Support and Apache Load Balancing, SLAs, Advanced Remoting and Execution Framework, and many more.  

Besides hardcore GigaSpaces topics, the trainer also introduced the Spring framework, as well as concepts such as Inversion of Control, Dependency Injections, Separation of Concerns, Annotations, etc. There were also a lot of hands-on lab sessions to reinforce these concepts. 

The training courses were conducted at our partner Cluster Technology Limited’s premises in Hong Kong, with participants from the following partner companies across the Asia Pacific region:

Its products and services range from online trading portals within the stock broking industry, hosting and managing network services to wealth and risk management solutions and m-commerce solutions. N2N will be porting their solutions on to GigaSpaces platform technologies. 

Protogen Pty Ltd (www.protogen.com.au), a company in Australia specializing in high transactional applications performance in the financial, healthcare and distribution markets, and is leading the way in architecting and building Enterprise Management solutions. Protogen helps businesses to automate workflows, speed up application performance and get the most out of existing systems and data.
